Caffeine & Kindness Card by Amy K. // Gilmore Girls Inspired Post Week
Hi there friends! Amy K. here today with my take on the special them this week...Gilmore Girls! I have a friendship and kindness inspired card...really the sentiment says it all!
I used the Cup of Joy stamp set to stamp my to go cup and used the coordinating Cup of Joy Die Set to cut out my own cozy from kraft cardstock. I wrapped my coffee cup with some black burlap twine and added a cardstock heart die cut from the Cup of Joy dies.
For my background, I've used the very popular Watercolor Background Stamp. Using my MISTI, I inked up the stamp one time. That's right, one time. I love the somewhat faded non perfect look! I then layered a panel of impressed dots cardstock (a scrap from a previous project) at an angle. My sentiment panel was stamped with "Caffeine AND Kindness" (from How Have You Bean?) several times and trimmed down. This panel was flanked with a strip of black and kraft cardstock. I added my to go coffee cup with foam adhesive added a few enamel dots.
