Return Policy
Prior to returning an item, please contact us by filling out the form here
Unopened and unused stamps and dies may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus any promotional discounts and shipping fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (USPS First-Class Mail is recommended for small items)
Once approved, please return your items in the original packaging to address specified in our email communications
Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us by filling out the form here
Replacements are sent for items deemed defective at no additional cost to you
If you’d prefer a refund, and it is within 14 days of the purchase date, please send the item back to the address above and we will issue a refund to the original form of payment minus any promotional discounts and shipping fees

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship
Shipping notifications with tracking information are sent to the email address used at checkout
Please be aware that Right at Home is not responsible for packages once they are shipped
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim
