Two Clean & Simple Christmas Foliage Poinsettia Cards by Crystal T.
Hi there! Crystal here with my second appearance for the Right at Home blog.
I am super thrilled to share these two cards I made for the occasion. One was a bit more complicated than the other, however, they both showcase the beauty of the Christmas Foliage stamp set.
To begin, I have the clean and simple out of the two.
To make this I stamped the foliage with green ink on to the white card base.
Next, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and added gold splatters. Then I heat embossed the poinsettia in gold powder and colored it with Copics, then die cut with the matching Christmas Foliage die set.
I really liked the way it turned out, and it would be a good design to mass produce.
Next up, is a card idea I had in my head for quite some time.
Stamping the poinsettia on the card base, then negative cutting a top white layer and adhering the top card panel with foam adhesive to raise it above the stamping.
The sentiment was stamped on the top card panel. The poinsettias are colored with Copics and added a bit of gold glitter Nuvo drops on the center.
To add a bit of sparkle, a few Metallic Gold Confetti from Pretty Pink Posh finished off the card.
Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
