Sending Easter Blessings Card by Yuki // Hoppy Easter Spring Release
Hi there! It's Yuki on the blog today sharing a sweet, clean and simple Easter card using the new Hoppy Easter set.
I started off by die cutting a piece of white cardstock using an A2-sized stitched rectangle die. I turned the panel into a square by using a smaller stitched rectangle to shorten the length of the panel. I stamped and masked the images directly onto the panel and colored them with Copic Markers. I then stamped the sentiment directly onto the panel as well.
To frame the focal panel, I die cut two thin strips of white cardstock using a stitched scallop border die. I like the unevenness of the scallop border and thought it added some extra interest to the card. I used pattern paper from the MFT Homespun Gingham paper pack for the background and popped the focal panel onto the background with craft foam. To finish the card, I added a few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh with Micro Glue Dots.
I just love how sweet this card turned out. The clean and simple design would be so easy and fun to mass produce for Easter. I hope you were inspired by today's card and thanks again for stopping by!
