Ho Ho Ho Santa Card by Laurie S. // RAH Stamps Holly Jolly Christmas Feature Week
Hi friends, Laurie S. here to share a festive card using the new Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set! Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday, and I just love creating cards for friends and loved ones! I love everything about this season: the warm drinks, sparkling decorations, pretty papers and packages, the multitude of homemade treats, sappy Hallmark Christmas movies (yes, I am that girl that watches just about every single one Ha!), the music, and most of all the wonderful get togethers!
I wanted the whimsical and oh-so-cute Santa from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set to be the center of attention on my card. I did this by framing the stamped and colored Santa with some circle dies and popping them up.
I wanted to add a subtle shine, so I added a little bit of glitter to the white bits of his suit. For the background, I stamped the little snowflake (also from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set) all over and then added a touch of white to the center of each one using a white gel pen. For embellishment, I added alittle washi tape, ribbon, and a jingle bell.
