Hi everyone.. it’s Holly here today! I hope you are enjoying our Handmade with Love series so far. Today is day #4 and I created a tag to go along with some cookies I packaged up for a friend.

I started by packaging the cookies (chocolate chip, YUM!!) into a cello bag and then I added the bag to a fun box from my stash with a velcro closure. Then I added some gold striped ribbon around the top. I liked the way the gold looked with the off white stripes so I went with some vanilla cardstock for my tag.

I die cut the heart folded tag from the Folded Sweetheart Die Set from some vanilla card stock. I die cut the "thank you" from the Script Greetings Die Set from some gold glitter cardstock and some vanilla. Then I adhered the die cut over part of the heart so the flap was still able to open. On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Script Greetings stamp set in black ink. Then I stamped the lips from the Be Mine set in red ink.

I adhered the tag to the large ribbon with some gold baker’s twine. There is some removable adhesive on the back of the "you" part of the script die cut to keep it closed but allow the recipient to open the note.
