DIY Shaker Gift Tag Using the Fuse + Pretty Pink Posh
Gift tags are gift tags. Even after you've put time into designing them, no one really pays any attention to it except to check if the present is theirs. This can be frustrating as a crafter who pours their heart and souls into their creations. Perhaps it's because the recipient doesn't notice anything out of the ordinary about the tag. If so, I have a fun idea to share with you that will sure catch their attention.
To create my tag, I started by using a tag die and cutting two of them out of one of the Avery Elle pockets. I found this material is sturdy, yet easy to die-cut through which makes it perfect for creating these shaker tags. Next, I used my FUSE by WRMK to bond three of the edges together. I added in my Pretty Pink Posh Holly Jolly Mix sequins and sealed up the fourth side.
For the front of the tag, I die-cut two circles, one from red cardstock and one from white, to build my scene on. I used various images from the Holiday Pals stamp set by Pretty Pink Posh to create the front of my tag. For the back I die-cut two more circles, and stamped "to" "from". I added some green satin ribbon and I was finished!
These are so easy and addicting to make that there's no reason to have someone overlook your beautiful handiwork. Plus, it's an awesome way to use up all those sequins we have lying around.
Do you like this tag? Let me know in the comments!
